Unlike a traditional career fair, the VRS virtual career fairs allow employers to recruit nationwide, and in a few hours. Another big advantage is the VRS virtual career fair environment is open all the time, and veterans can access the employer booths anytime. This allows them to research the employer's before the actual career fair, view/apply for jobs, and also allows for direct email communication to the recruiters for each company.
