New franchise owners, managers, and technicians traveled to Tint World headquarters in Florida from Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas to participate in two weeks of rigorous training from September 23rd through October 5th. The comprehensive training program includes instruction in a classroom and hands-on setting and covers sales and service, staff development, product knowledge, installation techniques, and business management. The training program is the foundation for opening a successful Tint World store and provides the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to new franchisees.
