Thompson Education Center attended Events at Sullivan County New York

NEW YORK, Nov. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- On October 20th, 2017, Thompson Education Center, as one of the organizers, attended the meeting of Sullivan county Republican Committee in New York State. CEO of Thompson Education Center, Ms Sherry Li participated in this event. The Chairman of Sullivan county Republican Committee Richard Coombe, Sullivan county Sheriff Michael Schiff, Congressman John Faso, legislator of Legislative committee Luis Alvarez, Sullivan county district attorney James Farrell, and New York State Supreme Court Judge Hon. Peter Crummey all presented at the meeting.

During the meeting, Ms Li and the leaders discussed the upcoming International Aviation Program of Thompson Education Center, the local government showed support to the program and offered to open the local airport for education use. The government hopes the airport can have a better use.

Thompson Education Center's International Aviation Project is scheduled to open an International Aviation College for an associate or bachelor degree project. It is planning to develop aviation training bases in the United States for different students needs on aviation license and training business; introduce aviation manufacturing to China and realize the development in China; in addition, create a characteristic aviation project. This program will create more jobs to the local and bring a better education for students in needs.

On Thursday November 16th, 2017, Thompson Education Center continued its tradition of  delivering fruits and vegetables to the Boys and Girls Club - Town of Wallkill for local families. For the health and well-being of children and families of Sullivan County, Ms. Sherry Li makes these deliveries often. Ms. Li, CEO of Thompson Education Center,  has a good reason for doing this.  She believes that children have growing bodies and minds that require good nutrition.  Fresh fruits and vegetables contain a multitude of vitamins, minerals and other healthy compounds.

The Boys and Girls Club -Town of Wallkill was founded more than 20 years ago by a group of parents looking for fun activities for their children and their friends.  The mission of the Boys and Girls Club: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Ms Li plans on Thompson Education Center continuing the deliveries to Boys and Girls Club periodically.

That evening,  Thompson Education Center, as one of chamber crusaders, sponsored and attended the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Meeting and Pride Awards Dinner. The dinner was held at Eagles Nest located in Bloomingberg, New York.  Cathy Paty, President/CEO of the Chamber and Chairman of the Board Brad Rutledge hosted the event. Luis Alvarez from the Legislative Committee also attended this meeting.

Ms. Paty welcomed the chamber members and reviewed this past year of Sullivan County and thanked the chamber crusaders and sponsors. She stated: "Thanks to our old and new economic partners, there are strong investments, increased tourism, increased jobs and decreased unemployment." Thompson Education Center is one of the local projects. Ms Paty continued last year's topic to encourage the purchases at local businesses and projects of local entrepreneurs in the community. Thompson Education Center looks forward to continue to support the Chamber, community businesses and residents, and bring more job opportunities and economic development to the community.

Ms Li through her Thompson Education project is committed to promoting the economy and creating jobs to stimulate the local developing community. Numerous jobs will be created throughout each phase of the entire project, such as real estate agents, professors, instructors, and workers, etc. Aside from the jobs directly created from the project and the daily operations on location, there will be a ripple effect throughout the community. Thompson Education Center will be located in Town of Thompson. The project will build a high-end education community in Sullivan County, New York, and dedicated to make the project a connection and a base of education, culture, communications and business opportunities between the Unites States and China. According to the economists' employment report, the project can create 2006.4 jobs per phase. The project has received strong support from local governments, institutions, small businesses and residents.
