The Super Dentists Introduces New Booking and Text Messaging Services to its Website

The Super Dentists switched to LocalMed because the previous form it was using for booking appointments online was tedious and required visitors to click through several pages to access it. Now, visitors can even schedule appointments from their mobile phone with just a few clicks.

The Podium messaging platform is a sophisticated text messaging service that allows customers to interact with The Super Dentists staff for a direct response to their questions. It can be accessed from either desktop or mobile and enables the visitor to ask a real person their question as soon as they arrive on the site, rather than spend time searching for an answer through several pages on the website.

Both LocalMed and Podium platforms are easily accessible on the home page of The Super Dentists website. The LocalMed scheduling button is located on the top right of the home page screen, which opens as a dialogue box when clicked, and has all The Super Dentists' five locations listed for a visitor to easily select their desired location and schedule the appointment. The Podium messaging button is located on the bottom right corner of the home page screen and, if not clicked on after a few minutes on the page, will prompt the visitor in case they have a question.

LocalMed appointment scheduling platform and Podium text-messaging service were added to The Super Dentists website to improve the customer experience when trying to access information online. Visitors only need internet access to take advantage of these new features and they are available around the clock, even when the offices are not open. Both new services are available on the desktop version and responsive on the mobile version of The Super Dentists website.
