In this position, Ted will lead SmashFly's Customer Success organization where he'll continue to grow and evolve the implementation, account management and service offerings and teams and be integral to the overall success of SmashFly customers.

Ted comes to SmashFly with over 15 years experience in helping enterprise customers in their implementation of SaaS-based software solutions, most notably in the Human Capital Management space. Ted worked with BrassRing during its early days as the first web-native ATS solution in the late '90s. After assembling and leading BrassRing's original implementation team, Ted went on to scale his global organization to include all customer-facing, product-focused functions including training, technical consulting, and BrassRing's world-class support operation. Ted was BrassRing's Vice President of Technical Services through the time it was acquired by Kenexa in 2006.
After Brassring, Ted has excelled in customer-focused leadership roles in technology at NuView HR, Phase Forward, and most recently Oracle, where Ted served as Senior Director over a Global Services practice for over 3 years. Ted holds a Bachelors' degree in Political Science from Boston College.
