DALLAS, Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Standing Dog Interactive has strengthened its Client Services team with the hiring of Andre Perreault, an Internet marketing expert with experience in the retail, advertising and hospitality sectors.
In his role at the Dallas-based Internet marketing agency, Perreault will lead a team managing clients' day-to-day SEO, PPC, social media and content projects while ensuring that their high-level strategies and long-term goals are consistently on track and within budget.
"It's very rewarding to be working with the experts within the diverse teams at Standing Dog," he said. "I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience and applying them to meet clients' needs."
Perreault started his career with an entrepreneurial venture – founding The Coast Bicycle Company in Edmonton, Alberta. After selling the bicycle shop, he took his advertising and industry knowledge to the wholesale level as advertising director for Norco, one of Canada's largest wholesale bicycle distributors. There, he helped re-brand the company and increased sales for independent affiliate retailers across the country through national ad campaigns.
Following this success at Norco, he joined creative talent agency Aquent, helping companies such as PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Grey Advertising and BBDO enhance and expand their creative teams.
In 2002, he returned to his entrepreneurial roots and started AdEmphasis, a Las Vegas-based, award-winning agency that served world-famous gaming and hospitality clients such as MGM, Planet Hollywood, and Ameristar Casinos.
Most recently, he was an Internet marketing specialist for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, where he managed Internet and social media marketing for the Y's 20 branches and two camps. He also improved the nonprofit's organic page ranking, link building strategy, competitive analysis and management reports process.
"Andre brings to our agency not only expert-level industry knowledge but a diverse skill set that will benefit our clients and help us work together to grow their businesses," said Mike Wylie, CEO and founder of Standing Dog. "We also appreciate his entrepreneurial background, which makes him an excellent fit for our team as Standing Dog continues to quickly grow and evolve."
Perreault has been a guest speaker at the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Volunteers Association of Las Vegas and National Litigation Support Services Association.
