New license option offers faster installation and activation for agencies implementing 9-1-1 Adviser and Expectations at no additional cost.

PENSACOLA, Fla., Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Smart Horizons announced today that their 9-1-1 Adviser product, a multidiscipline call handling system, and Expectations, the daily observation report (DOR) software will now include an enterprise license. The enterprise license provides new capabilities that agencies have been asking for. This licensing option provides the following:

  • Activation of enterprise license on a shared folder on the network, allowing accessibility to application software from any machine on the network provided the number of purchased licenses has not been exceeded
  • Ability to perform maintenance without having to deactivate and/or activate the license
  • Added ability to configure backup center to access existing licenses
