Smart Horizons Awards a Gold Certification to Zuercher Technologies

Zuercher Suite CAD achieves the highest 9-1-1 Adviser certification.

PENSACOLA, Fla., April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Zuercher Technologies has joined the ranks of Smart Horizons' partners with a certified CAD product.  Zuercher Technologies, based in Sioux Falls, SD, is a part of TriTech Software Systems which provides public safety software and services to over 3,500 agencies worldwide.  Zuercher's Suite CAD product becomes the third interface to attain a Gold Certification with Smart Horizons' 9-1-1 Adviser software.

"We are happy to add Zuercher Technologies to the growing list of certified interface partners," says Nikia Anderson, Smart Horizons Public Safety Software Director.  "Meeting the needs of our customers is always our focus, and the collaboration of our two teams continues that vision."

The 9-1-1 Adviser Interface Certification program offers bronze, silver, and gold levels of certification, with gold delivering the highest level of interoperability. To be awarded a certification, each CAD product must go through a rigorous verification process to affirm that requirements of the chosen certification level are met. PSAPs can be assured that 9-1-1 Adviser will function reliably with CAD software having a Gold Certified interface. "It is encouraging to see that all program participants to date have worked to obtain a gold certification for their products," states Clifton Smith, Smart Horizons Public Safety Software Senior Engineer.  "As this program expands and improves, we hope our partners continue to work to achieve gold."
