MINNEAPOLIS, April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Skybridge Americas announced today that it has hired contact center executive Bobby Mathews as Vice President of Business Development. Bobby reports directly to Andrew J. Bosko, Chief Executive Officer, starting Wednesday, April 19th, 2017.
Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, Inc., Bobby was the Senior Vice President of Client Services for S2G Support Services Group, a provider of high-touch high-quality contact center, Tier 1, Tier 2 and 3 Technical Support Help Desk Services with locations in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Bobby was the Vice President of Relationship Management and Operations at APAC Customer Services, Inc., a customer care outsourcing company, where he was responsible for driving significant sales and revenue growth.
He has held numerous Senior Executive positions in sales, marketing, operations, logistics, product management, and technical service for companies such as Ameritech, AT&T, MCI and Comdisco.

Bobby brings over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing, technology, retail and communication industries in sales, marketing, product management and operations. He has negotiated large contracts for multiple verticals including government, retail sales, financial services, non-profit, e-commerce, telecommunications, wireless, broadband, hospitality and travel, utilities, manufacturing, consumer goods and healthcare.
Bobby served over 15 years in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard in various command and staff positions in the Infantry and Army Special Forces, and he received many decorations for service. He is an active member in the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals International (SOCAP), and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council where he serves as a member of the customer insight board on the Customer Affinity program. He also served on the We Do Care (non-profit, supporting our military) Organization Board and was the Executive Director. Bobby is PMP trained and Six-Sigma Champion Certified.
He and his wife Cindy have two children. They currently reside in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
