The boards received such high praise due to the fact that they displayed two different scenes;one during the day and one at night.
The billboards were promoting both the limited edition 2012 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: MW3 Special Edition SUV and also the most recently installment of the Call of Duty franchise, Modern Warfare 3.

The Silver OBIE award was given to Jeep courtesy of the Outdoor Advertising Association for America(OAAA). They marveled at Jeep's full-scale campaign which included; broadcast, print, digital, social media as well as other campaign avenues. The OAAA really praised the billboards, as it was some of the most creative work they've seen on that space(billboards).
