Before joining Miller, Miller & Canby, he served four years as an Assistant Public Defender for Montgomery County. He also regularly publishes articles relating to issues arising in condemnation litigation. Mr. Suntum has been recognized by Super Lawyers and has received the highest peer review rating, AV Preeminent, from Martindale-Hubbell®.
"We welcome Joe Suntum as the Maryland representative of Owners' Counsel. Joe, his partner Jim Thompson, and Miller, Miller & Canby have had great success protecting property owners throughout Maryland and D.C." said Cathy Newman, Owners' Counsel of America Executive Director.
