EMERYVILLE, Calif., July 28, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ --, the world's largest branded network of vacation property rentals, today announced that it has moved its reservation and guest services operations toAmazon Connect, an innovative cloud-based contact center, that will allow it to rapidly scale its 24/7 guest and property manager communications, throughout RedAwning's vacation rental network.

Our customer experience is our first priority and Amazon's service enables us to move faster with confidence," says Tim Choate, Founder and CEO of Redawning
