Mount Kilimanjaro is actually more than just a mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano. Mount Kilimanjaro has three volcanic cones, Kibo, Manzi and Shira. Luckily for Claire Quinn Prestwick, Mount Kilimanjaro remained dormant while she was visiting.
Mount Kilimanjaro sits at 19,341 feet above sea level, making it one of the tallest mountains in the entire world. Claire Quinn Prestwick climbed every one of those 19,341 feet and is very proud to say that she has climbed the fabled and storied Mount Kilimanjaro. Not many people climb mountains in their life, but to Claire Quinn Prestwick it is one of her all-time favorite things to do.
