SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Euro School of Tennis has continually been considered one of the best places for kids and adults alike to get solid instruction from tennis professionals, and thanks to a new San Jose location, more students than ever finally have a chance to connect with this great program.
A Full Service Facility
The new South Bay location offers many of the same programs their six other facilities do. Group tennis clinics, Junior Tennis Leagues, Spring and Summer Tennis Camps, as well as private tennis lessons will be available from qualified coaches who know how to build confidence and skills simultaneously. They've even upgraded their website recently to add a state-of-the-art registration system that makes sign up for any program, including private lessons, just a click away.
"Tennis is a demanding sport that can help players grow in so many different ways," said Alex Rupchin, Tennis Director. "We want to be able to offer that chance to grow to as many people as possible, and our South Bay facility means better access for many people in the Silicon Valley."
The new facility, located at 700 Saratoga Avenue in San Jose, has much to offer students. It's right next to the Interstate 280 freeway, which means fantastic access. Less than ten minutes from Santa Clara, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, and Campbell, it's easy to get to from almost anywhere. The facility is actually called the Oakwood Tennis Center, and among other things, it offers players 5 lighted courts for serious tennis action on this side of town.
"Historically the South Bay crowd is huge on tennis," said Rupchin, "so we want to ensure they have access to our services as well. Our programs in East Bay (Fremont, Hayward and Castro Valley) & Peninsula Area (San Mateo and Menlo Park) are really popular and have a huge success among the juniors, and this will help step up our game across the area. In addition, we do have several students that come to our Fremont location all the way from Santa Clara, so they have requested we open a new location near them so they can play with their friends."
Fitness and Fun For Life
Better access to a great tennis program thanks to Euro School of Tennis' new location means many things for most people. For those who have played before, tennis is likely already a way of life, and with good reason. There's no other sport that manages to be both highly physical and cerebral at the same time. One of the best ways to get fit in a hurry, it offers excitement, fitness, and a mental workout in one package.
It's clear there's a need for this type of instruction, too.
"We have expanded very fast since we opened doors in 2010. It is a natural progression to go to South Bay where there are so many tennis enthusiasts. People love us in East Bay and Peninsula, so we would like the rest of the Bay Area to benefit from our tennis expertise as well, "said Rupchin.
For those who have never set foot on a court before, the new San Jose location may mean discovering an entirely new way of life. With so many different programs available, Euro School of Tennis can finally serve the needs of everyone in the South Bay area.
