Pool Paddle Fitness is a SUP Fitness Fun program that brings SUP and Hybrid SUP Fitness & SUP Yoga to large pools making Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) more easily available to those not living near a large open body of water or for those who simply prefer being in a crystal clear pool water

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Stand Up Paddleboarding is the fastest growing water sport.  The popularity of this sport can be attributed to the fact that virtually anyone can do it with a body of water nearby.  Stand Up Paddleboarding is very popular in beach towns. Many people discover Stand Up Paddleboading (SUP) on a beach vacation only to return home with no place to paddle. Pool Paddle Fitness is the SUP solution for people that don't live near a large open body of water or whom would simply prefer falling into a crystal clear pool.

Pool Paddle Fitness believes Water Safety is the #1 Priority followed by Fitness Fun.  Stand Up Paddleboarding on a closed body of water, such as a large swimming pool, offers additional safety advantages.  Natural elements like wind, temperature, waves, currents and tides can add to the complexity of open water Stand Up Paddleboarding.  In a pool you don't have to concern yourself with boat traffic, right of way, kelp beds, stingrays & sharks.  To ensure water safety, a brief safety and paddle lesson will be given at the beginning of every Pool Paddle Fitness class and a lifeguard will be on duty supervising all classes.  The fitness fun happens as soon as you stand on the board.

Pool Paddle Fitness is the ultimate Stand Up Paddleboarding Fitness experience offering a unique outdoor floating space for you to combine Fitness & Fun on an exceptionally stable Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard specifically designed for Fitness & Yoga.  Outdoor workouts with plenty of fresh air, green scenery and soothing water is good for the mind & body.

Pool Paddle Fitness classes are a hybrid of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), Fitness & Yoga taking your workout to a whole new level strengthening your core muscles, challenging your balance and forcing your mind to be present in the moment.
