ATLANTA, April 3, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Pigtails & Crewcuts is pleased to announce the winners of its 2016 Top Stylist Program. Charmaine Hayes (Buckhead, GA), Amber Rogers (Dr. Phillips, FL), and Dana Stepniak (Westminster, CO), were selected from many applications submitted by stylists across the country to receive Top Stylists honors.
The Top Stylist Program was created to recognize stylists that have shown dedication to Pigtails & Crewcuts, highlighting each stylist's hard work in the salon and their local community through giving back programs, donations, and other community involvement. Top Stylists are model employees that receive praise and accolades from children and parents alike, as well as their peers.
Applications are submitted to the franchise office in Atlanta, where they are compiled for completeness and made anonymous. The franchise office then sends the applications of all finalists to a third party to review and select three Top Stylist winners.
All Top Stylist finalists receive a special name badge with Top Stylist finalist designation, a letter from Wade Brannon, President and CEO of Pigtails & Crewcuts, and recognition on the website. Top Stylist winners receive all of the above, as well as a congratulatory phone call from the President and CEO to congratulate them and a bonus.
