North Beach Village Now Offers Inspirational & Transformational Yoga Programs

FT. LAUDERDALE BEACH, Fla., Dec. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- North Beach Village is proud (and yet humble) to announce our latest additions to our revitalization project – Village Yoga. They'll be offering locals and hotel guests Yoga, wellness and personal transformation programs in the private orchard gardens at the rejuvenated – Beach Gardens Hotel – starting on Tuesday, December 3. Regular weekly classes will be Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm and also Saturdays from 9:30am to 10:30am.

Join yoga instructor Patsy Mennuti and our seasoned team of instructors as they share their passion for Hatha yoga. Sessions will focus on directing the breath to move the body and quiet the mind. Patsy received her 200-hour yoga certification with a focus in Ayurveda from Hale Pule in Kauai, Hawaii, where she often assists with teacher trainings. Village Yoga classes are highly personalized to meet individual needs and are only $15 per session.

Village Yoga and Patsy Mennuti will guide Hatha/Raja yoga classes for mixed levels and offer participants an opportunity to refresh, restore and renew in a truly peaceful natural garden setting.
