In the new assignment, effective June 1, 2013, Dearwater have full P&L responsibility of Naturade.

Prior to Niche Products, Dearwater has worked in the consumer packaged goods industry for 26 years in various sales management, marketing and operational roles for companies such as Wyeth Consumer Healthcare (Pfizer), Leiner Health Products (NBTY), Shell Oil Products and GlaxoSmithKline.
Dearwater holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
