Six months ago, Indigo Slate hired former Microsoft Chief Experience Architect Sasha Frljanic as its Chief Experience Officer. Frljanic's mission is to lead Indigo Slate's Experience Innovation and to formally roll out its new Customer Experience (CX) strategies and solutions. Available now, the first wave of CX offerings includes Customer Journey Mapping, Voice of Customer Research, Quality of Experiences, and Corporate Innovation. Frljanic has been a customer experience thought leader for more than 10 years, and he currently lectures at University of Washington Foster School of Business.
