ATLANTA, Jan. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- HyBridge Solutions has successfully moved another customer, Charleston Area Medical Center (Charleston, West Virginia), to the Infor Cloud. The project included upgrading CAMC's Lawson S3 Financials and HCM solutions from an on-premise Windows/AIX system, to v10 in the Infor Cloud. HyBridge's leadership, experience and proactive project planning helped deliver the project on-time and within budget.
An essential step in setting the project up for success was HyBridge's discovery process which outlines business process, user access, and technical requirements. These requirements outline key decisions in the design phase which includes collaborative sessions with security architects, process owners and strategic groups of Lawson users.
Throughout the engagement, HyBridge worked closely with CAMC and Infor to closely manage deliverables against forecasted schedules while providing transparent project status updates to all parties. HyBridge's technical resources successfully migrated all environment level metadata, custom 4GL programs, Process Flows and Lawson Security to the Cloud.
