Heritage Toyota educates buyers about new 2018 RAV4

Dealership ready for the Adventure trim grade to arrive

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt., Sept. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Toyota RAV4 is one of the most popular crossover SUVs available today – and for good reason. With the 2018 models steadily arriving at Heritage Toyota, the automaker has raised the bar once again with the 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure. This is a new trim grade that has been slightly revised to make it more suited to taking passengers off of the pavement and into areas where many competitors can't follow. For those that might not be the most outdoorsy, the regular available RAV4 trims still have a lot to offer when compared to some of the top models in the class.

Getting out for a walk through the woods is a great way to relax. The 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure was built to deliver drivers, passengers and all of their gear deeper than previous models. Toyota designers and engineers increased the overall ride height of the new trim to help it more easily clear obstacles. Crossing uneven trails or muddy roads also shouldn't present much of a problem thanks to the vehicles automatic limited-slip differential on front-wheel-drive-equipped models or with the Dynamic Torque Control all-wheel-drive system.

Additionally, Toyota has made its towing prep package standard equipment for the 2018 RAV4 Adventure.

Previously existing trim of the 2018 Toyota RAV4 is more than a match for just about anything else in the competitive crossover SUV class. When compared to the premium 2018 Buick Encore, the 2018 RAV4 offers more power with its long 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine than any of the turbocharged power plants used by the Encore. When it comes to moving passengers and their stuff, the 2018 RAV4 comes out on top again with up to 73.4 cubic-feet of cargo space available to use. The 2018 Encore tops out at just 48.3 cubic-feet.

If anyone would like to take any version of the 2018 Toyota RAV4 out for a test drive, the Heritage Toyota showroom is located at 1620 Shelburne Road, South Burlington, VT 05403. The entire Heritage Toyota inventory is available on the dealership's website, www.heritagetoyotacars.com. Customers can schedule an appointment to speak with a Heritage Toyota sales professional today by calling 802-865-8200.
