After completing six 2 ½ day courses at the NCM Training Facilities in Kansas City, Gousios became part of an elite group of automotive dealership managers to complete the program.


The GMEP is administered by the NCM Institute Center for Automotive Retail Excellence and designed to prepare automotive dealership executives for long-term success in the industry.  During the 11 month span of courses, Gousios rigorously studied automotive dealership financial and operational best practices while continuing to thrive as manager of Bill Jacobs Chevrolet.
