Food Safety Laboratory Names its First Chief Culture Officer

The announcement of HR Managing Director Janelle Peele's successful completion of the Society for Human Resources Management's "Professional in Human Resources Management" certification, and promotion to the role of Chief Culture Officer, is just the latest demonstration of how the company is innovating the ABC Research experience.

Peele, a dual citizen of the Republic of Panama and the United States, moved to Florida in 1995 to attend the University of Florida where she received her B.S. and M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She joined ABC Research Laboratories in 2005 as a food scientist. From 2009 to 2011 Peele completely reinvented ABC Research's Quality Assurance Department, becoming department director in 2011. Recognizing her natural interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills, ABC Research promoted her to Human Resources Managing Director in 2012.
