The Boston-based company has tripled its employee headcount in the last 18 months, and Roberge has a track record of successfully scaling Business to Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies based on his experience as Chief Revenue Officer at HubSpot, an inbound marketing software company that went public in 2014.

Roberge brings a wealth of practical experience to Curata. When he joined HubSpot it was another software startup with a big idea—but no numbers to prove it would work. Roberge is now Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, and advises a number of high-growth ventures, including InsightSquared, TinyPulse, Catalant (formerly HourlyNerd), and VTS.
He has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Roberge's bestselling book, The Sales Acceleration Formula: Using Data, Technology, and Inbound Selling to go from $0 to $100 Million, was published by Wiley in January 2015.
