Educational Research Center Of America Announces Winners Of 2012-2013 Community Contribution Scholarship

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Educational Research Center of America ("ERCA") is pleased to announce the winners of the 2012-2013 Community Contribution Scholarship competition.  Each year, ERCA awards twenty-five $1,000 scholarships to high school students across the United States of America.  These students have made an extraordinary contribution to their communities by identifying a problem, and then developing and implementing a solution thereto.

The scholarships assist students in covering the incidental costs of their post-secondary education and are not based upon financial need.  "Our mission is to support students who have made a positive contribution to their communities and will continue to make a difference at college and the world beyond," noted Larry Lansing, Executive Director of ERCA.  "We are pleased to award these scholarships to the following students:"
