Some of the key features of the Customer Portal are:

  • An Online Portal with which a tenant can manage their Units Online
  • Tenants can now submit move out notices
  • View outstanding balances and make payments for units online
  • Update Credit Card details and enable/disable auto pay
  • Update Alternate contact information online
  • Access Tenant Ledger to view reports on overall transactions till date

Customer Portal module can be easily customized to match the look and feel of storage operator's main website and to meet the unique requirements of each storage operator. Additional features can also be quickly added.
