AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Doug Pitassi of Austin Boat Service has announced the boat repair pricing plans for 2014. As always, Pitassi continues to offer multi-tiered maintenance plans, along with his competitive repair rates.
"We are very pleased that we will be able to not only maintain our 2013 rates for the majority of our services, but we will also be able to offer a rate reduction to our existing customers as a sign of our appreciation for their support," said Pitassi. "Austin Boat Service had an incredibly successful debut year in 2013, and 2014 is already shaping up to exceed our expectations."
The Austin Boat Service will continue to offer cheap boat storage fees, and will continue to include its popular delivery program in the cost of storage. Pitassi also announced that there will be several new additions to the service, including expanded boat repair and a more comprehensive maintenance plan.
"In addition to our Silver and Gold plans, we will now be offering a Platinum plan that will be significantly more comprehensive in its maintenance options," said Pitassi. "We feel that with the addition of the Platinum plan, we now offer a service level that is ideal for all of our customers."
With the loyalty program that Pitassi has announced, existing customers will be able to opt for the Platinum plan at the same rate as they paid for the 2013 Gold plan, or they can choose to remain at the same maintenance level at a reduced cost.
Due to the success of the company's first year of service, Pitassi has been able to hire additional repair technicians, expanding the repair capabilities of Austin Boat Service. The announcement has pleased many of Pitassi's current customers.
"It is hard to believe that the Austin Boat Service could get any better; I already thought it was too good to be true," said Michael Berlioz. "I am excited to hear the news of the expansion of the services that are offered and I am glad that I will be able to continue to take advantage of Mr. Pitassi's outstanding services."
