Tissue pumpkins. Take orange tissue paper and form balls. Then, take black construction paper and cut facial feature and stems, and carefully glue it to the tissue paper balls.

Glowing eyes. Don't recycle your empty toilet paper rolls. Cut eye shapes into them and insert glue sticks. Then, hide them in trees, bushes and shrubs. The eyes will glow in the dark!

Ghost lights. You need a strand of white lantern lights and some white fabric. Cut ten squares 14 inches in diameter, then fold them into a triangle. Cut the tip off, which will create a hole in the center of the square. Remove the lantern from the light and thread the light through the hold in the piece of fabric. Then, put the lantern back and wrap the fabric around it. Tie a piece of string around the bottom of the sphere. This will hold the fabric in place. Draw eyes and a mouth with a black marker.

Lawn ghosts. Take a Styrofoam ball, and poke it through the top of a white or green garden stake. Then, cover it with white fabric. Place several of them in a circle, tying the fabric corners together. They will look like they are dancing when the wind blows.

Poison bottles. Take old bottles, clean the glass, and then prime them before spray painting with matte black spray paint. Affix a handwritten "poison" label and group them in a display.

Candy corn candles. Place these on your front porch to really get into the Halloween spirit. Take clear glass hurricanes and place pillar candles inside. Then fill each hurricane about halfway with candy corns. Make sure you blow out the candles before they burn below the candy.
