"Small is the new big."  -Becky Davis.  Small businesses are responsible for 65% of employment and economic growth in America.  The more small businesses grow the more the economy, jobs, innovation and technology grow, and that's big for Georgia and America.

The small business workshop will be held at the Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta, Georgia from 9 am to 5 pm.  As a business transformation coach, Becky will coach and train over 200 small business leaders and entrepreneurs on how to maximize profits using leadership practices.  She has started a small business growth movement to help 100 small businesses in 2013 and encouraging others to join her.

"I attended the Leadership Transformation Blueprint but I was skeptical in regards to what new concepts or tools I might actually learn.  After all, I have been successfully managing and developing people and teams at various levels for over 30 years.  Within the first hour I realized what Becky was sharing was not just a repackaging of old concepts but a new way of how we should look at ourselves as leaders.  The 5 I's for Leadership Transformation not only provided a compelling vision and reason for leadership transformation, use of the concepts in the workshop allowed me to explore practical applications for my current direct reports.  Thank you Becky."
