Developed by McWHINNEY and Mortenson, part-owned by McWHINNEY, part-owned and operated by Sage Hospitality, and designed by SERA Architects, AC Hotel Portland Downtown is part of a new breed of lifestyle hotels targeting creative and entrepreneurial travelers. The new 13-story hotel blends modern European design with unique spaces meant to inspire creativity and innovation, including purposefully curated Portland-inspired artwork. The ideal location offers convenient access to downtown, and tremendous views of the city, Willamette River and Mt. Hood.
Along with 204 signature guestrooms, a 24/7 fitness center and a European-style breakfast, local companies and guests will be able to take advantage of the 1,675 square feet of meeting space, including collaborative media salons and a boardroom meeting room. Guests will enjoy the signature AC Lounge and Bar with Portland's own Water Avenue coffee, craft beers and cocktails featuring local ingredients on tap, a selection of tapas-inspired small bites, as well as live music.
