ROYAL OAK, Mich., Oct. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- A strong, fresh voice is creating a buzz in Michigan's 9th Congressional District and Greg Dildilian is making his mark. The same old political clichés and philosophies just don't appeal to the diverse, informed and enthusiastic voters of Michigan; they want an alternative to the big government, big spending, big brother attitude of Sander Levin and the present administrations.
Hard working families are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet, while working harder and spending less. Paychecks are shrinking and wage earners are witnessing their dollars going to programs from which they receive no benefit.
Greg Dildilian offers a unique approach to issues experienced by today's working person. For far too long, Sander Levin has helped dictate the policies that come out of Washington. These policies effect the people of Michigan. As we have seen, particularly over the past years, Michigan has suffered. It's time to put new faces and unique ideas to work.
"For far too long, our district has not had the leadership that we can depend on to represent everyone fairly. I offer a vision that will provide jobs and economic growth, through tax reform, that will increase business and provide incentives to create new ones.
My desire is to ensure that my constituent voices are heard in Washington and real reform realized. The importance of protecting our liberty and growing our freedom cannot be underestimated." Dildilian is dedicated to the dictates of the Constitution and those principles that have, in the past, created the most successful economic and socially advanced nation in history. Greg Dildilian firmly believes that all men are created equal and should be given the opportunity to succeed without interference from an all-powerful government.
Family, faith and freedom are the hallmarks of a free and successful nation and for these ideals, Greg Dildilian is the one who will honestly represent the working men and women of Michigan.
To ensure that the widest audience will hear the Dildilian message, Greg plans to spend the next 14 months walking the entire 9th Congressional District of Michigan and personally listening to and speaking with the district's voters. "I want to get to know the people who will send me to Washington. I want you to know who you will send to Washington. I want you to know what is in my heart and what makes up my soul." The team will document the many stories the voters tell and there will be no spin in the reporting.
"My tracks, and the campaign tracks, will be measured by the amount of footsteps that we make across the district. We will tabulate the footsteps daily, weekly and monthly. We will walk the equivalent amount of steps that it would take if we were to walk to Washington D.C. Social media will play a huge role in documenting and creating the presence that this campaign is now capable of making."
For over 27 years, Greg has been a highly respected and trusted resident of Royal Oak, in Michigan's 9th Congressional District. He has lived in the city with his wife of 33 years, Lisa, and raised their two daughters there. It is there that Greg established a reputation as a leader in his community.
In 1979, Greg graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in Communications. Professionally, Greg has held executive level positions at some of Detroit's most prominent and established corporations. Career development offered experience in both the public and private sector, as well as extensive travel in an executive management capacity.
Following the tragic events of 9/11 and the corporate downsizing that occurred throughout the country, Greg became a self-employed craftsman providing custom cabinetry and finishing to residential and commercial markets.
In 2009, Greg formed PINE CONE Conservatives, a conservative political organizing group. This widely read daily forum provided him with a platform for him to write, discuss and offer opinions on the nation's history and its current political issues.
Greg decided to run for the 9th Congressional seat because he felt that for far too long, the voices from Main Street asking for true leadership in Washington have been ignored. Greg's style of leadership is what the 9th District needs now. He is ready to serve as a representative of the people not a politician to the people.
