PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Over the past few months, 7 Marketing has seen growth all over its organization. David Sutton, Nikki Giouros, and Josiah Gassanja were all promoted to Corporate Trainer positions. Meanwhile, Xavier Otero earned his promotion to Executive Manager and opened up our most recent expansion office in Silver Springs, MD. At Xavier's new office, Uriah Dunn was promoted to Senior Corporate Trainer; showing elite leadership skills pushing past his peers. On a final note, James Moran was promoted to Assistant Manager in Philadelphia. James has been with the company for about a year, and is on his way to running an office. Manager Stefan Mainhart spoke about the recent promotions. "With some future managers being groomed into their positions, the sky is the limit for this Manayunk marketing firm." 7 Marketing will be expanding to another location in the coming months, and will take on a new campaign with Assurance Wireless. The organization plans to build more offices in the US, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Since September, several business trips have come in and out of the Manayunk office. James Moran and James Roussos led a trip up to the Hoboken office the week before Halloween. They had an opportunity to network with the managers and elite reps, exchange knowledge and strategies, and help newer employees working in the North Jersey office. Joseph Sperlak, Nikki Giouros and Dave Sutton also traveled up to Albany, NY. They spent a week learning, teaching and helping the new office transition to a new campaign. Jasodra, Gaby, Kim, Elena and Kristen from the Hartford, CT office also had an opportunity to visit Manayunk for one week. While there, they were able to share strategies for success from the perspective of an office in a different market.
At 7 Marketing, top performers are recognized weekly for their hard work. Over the past month Joe Sperlak, Nikki Giouros, Jim Roussos, and David Sutton were all recognized and awarded Leader of the Week. Each day, these elite Corporate Trainers go above and beyond their job requirements to help the office hit their goals and continue to grow. The management team selected Jim Roussos as the Leader of the Month and gave him the opportunity to sit down with James Moran, the assistant manager at 7 Marketing to ask him a few questions regarding how he got to where he is.
Roussos inquired, "What does it feel like to earn your promotion to Assistant Manager?" Moran replied, "It feels good to know that hard work is paying off, but at the end of the day, it wasn't just my promotion. Our team promoted an Assistant Manager, and there will be many more to follow. Although it was nice to celebrate our accomplishment, there is still a lot of work to do." Roussos then asked, "What are your goals for the future? Where do you see your business taking you in the next five years?" Moran responded, "Professionally, I'm going to help everyone on our team earn their promotion to Management within the next calendar year. I'm also going to run a campaign for one of our clients nationally, and open up an office internationally. Personally, I am going to help my little brother with his college tuition, and help my parents as much as they've helped me." Roussos ended his questions, asking "What advice would you give to people pushing themselves to get into a Management position?" Moran thought for a second and said "Be the best trainer. The best trainer is always the next person to get promoted. So understand what your team goals are, both individually and collectively, and take massive action to hit them."
