MANAYUNK, Pa., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The last quarter of 2012 brought new challenges, opportunities, and team members to 7 Marketing.  Beginning with promotion, Cody Frank earned his promotion to Corporate Trainer.  Corporate Trainer Joe Sperlak says, "Cody has been working hard over the past few weeks, learning and pushing himself to accomplish his goals.  Obviously, his hard work didn't go unnoticed."  Newcomers Amy Weightman, Daniel Ings, and Ruthie Hayford are all next in line to earn their promotions to Corporate Trainer.  "They are working hard every day to push themselves to help set them apart from the competition and help 7 Marketing expand and grow," he says.  Management also projects that Joe Sperlak will earn promotion to Senior Corporate Trainer in the first quarter of 2013. "Joe has shown excellent determination and leadership to get to this point, and it's just a matter of time before he earns yet another promotion to Assistant Manager", says Assistant Manager Jim Moran.

7 Marketing has also taken on a new client, Assurance WirelessJames Roussos, David Suton, and Cody Frank are piloting the new campaign.  Since starting the campaign, the team is already breaking records.  In the same week, Cody Frank was ranked #1 in the country, James Roussos at #4 and Dave Suton at #8.  The team plans to double in size within the next four weeks, helping with their aggressive expansion plans.

The Manayunk office has hosted several business trips from other offices over the past few weeks.  Laura and Carolyn from Washington D.C. came to town to work on one of their charity campaigns, fundraising for Child's Fund.  While there, they shared insights and experiences of their campaign.  Corporate Trainer James Roussos said, "They brought with them a fresh attitude from a different office."  In January, Jose and Zak from Hartford, CT visited the Philadelphia office to experience an energy campaign in a new market.  Stefan Mainhart, manager of 7 Marketing said, "We love having trips come in from our other offices.  Not only do we have an opportunity to show them how successful our operations are here, but we also gain a better perspective of how we can continue to grow our organization in new markets on excited new campaigns."

Every week, 7 Marketing awards a top Corporate Trainer for their performance in sales and their demonstrated ability to help others achieve their goals.  Last month, Joe Sperlak and James Roussos were awarded Leader of the Week.  Nikki Giouros was awarded the title twice.  Nikki got the opportunity to sit down with James Moran, and ask him a few questions.  Nikki asked, "What was the biggest change you made to help yourself get promoted to where you are now?"  James responded, "I think most people have an employee mindset about their work.  They go to work, do their job, and leave.  They don't take ownership of what they're doing and the responsibility they have to help others achieve their goals.  Once I started acting like the person in the position I wanted, not the position I had, it was just a matter of time before I earned my promotion."  Nikki then asked, "Do you know where and when you are going to open the next expansion office?" Jim smiled and said, "Luckily, I have some great teachers and mentors who are going to help me make the best choice for my guys, my business and myself.  Wherever we end up opening up, on whatever campaign we may be on, I'm excited to hit the ground running and help my guys achieve their goals."
